System Design
I map out exactly what your AI system will do — which workflows it touches, which tools it connects to, what it handles automatically versus what escalates to you. You approve the design before any work starts.

Build & Integrate
I build the system and connect it to your existing tools — Gmail, Slack, your CRM, whatever you’re already using. No ripping out and replacing. The AI plugs in around what you have.

Handoff & Training
You get a walkthrough of everything the system does, what to expect, and how to adjust it. Most clients are confident running it independently within a week. I document the system so it’s yours, not a black box.

Ongoing Support (Optional)
As your business evolves, the system can evolve with it. Ongoing retainers are available for clients who want to keep improving — adding new automations, responding to changes in tools or workflows, and monitoring system performance.
