What you get:

  • Discovery session to map the current workflow and identify friction
  • A custom-built automation connecting your existing tools (CRM, email, forms, calendar)
  • Testing and refinement until the workflow runs reliably
  • A handoff session so your team can manage it without depending on me
  • 30 days of support after delivery

Timeline: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.

Investment: Starting at $1,500 for a single workflow. Most first projects land between $2,000–$5,000.


AI Agent System

Best for: Businesses that want more than a single automation — a lightweight AI system that handles multiple workflows, monitors for triggers, and takes action without human intervention.

What you get:

  • Full workflow audit across your business operations
  • A multi-agent system built around your highest-leverage tasks (e.g., lead qualification + follow-up + scheduling, all connected)
  • Integration with your existing stack — email, CRM, calendar, docs, Slack
  • Monitoring and alerting so issues surface automatically
  • Documentation and training so your team can extend it over time

Timeline: 4–8 weeks.

Investment: $5,000–$12,000 depending on scope. Optional retainer available for ongoing maintenance and iteration ($500–$1,500/month).


AI Strategy Session

Best for: Businesses not ready to build yet — but wanting a clear picture of where AI fits, what it would cost, and what to do first.

What you get:

  • A 90-minute deep-dive into your business operations
  • A prioritized list of 3–5 automation opportunities, ranked by ROI
  • A written summary you can share with your team or use to evaluate vendors
  • No obligation to continue — this is a standalone deliverable

Timeline: One session + a few days for the written summary.

Investment: $500. Applied toward any project if you move forward.
