What to Expect in the First 90 Days of Working With an AI Consultant

Days 1–15: Diagnosis

We’re looking for the two or three places where AI will have the clearest, fastest payoff.

Days 15–45: First Working System

By the end of week six, you should have at least one thing working. Not a pilot. Not a proof of concept. An actual system that your team is using to do a real task faster or better.

This might be an AI-assisted intake process that pre-qualifies leads before your team picks up the phone. Or automated follow-up emails that go out when a lead goes quiet. Or a meeting summary tool that cuts your admin time by 30 minutes per call.

Days 45–90: Expand and Refine

Once the first system is running, we look at what’s next. We also tune the first system based on real usage — because what works in theory often needs adjustment once real clients are touching it.

By the end of 90 days, most clients have two to three AI-assisted workflows running, a clearer picture of where AI fits in their business long-term, and internal confidence to adopt more without hand-holding.
